When should I reach out?
The earlier, the better! Many families connect with us during pregnancy to ensure availability and allow time to find the right match. However, we also support families who reach out after baby arrives. It's never too late to ask for help and if we cannot accommodate you, we have a an excellent network and will assist in finding the support you need.
What happens during a consultation?
Our consultations are relaxed, informative conversations mean to learn about your family, discuss your needs and preferences, explain our services, and answer any questions so you can make an informed decision for your family.
