Postpartum Doula Nighttime Support

Service Description

8 Hour shifts at $35/hour that cover the following: ● Assistance in establishing a nighttime routine ● Assistance in establishing healthy sleep habits ● Light household chores (as time allows) including: ○ Assistance with light household chores that may need to be done at night, such as washing bottles, doing laundry, or tidying up. ○ Help the client prepare for the next day by laying out clothes or getting supplies ready for outings or appointments.
